Accepted payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB (credit and debit). All transactions are processed in US dollars (USD) over a secure, encrypted (SSL) connection. Queen Reads never sees or stores your full card number — payments are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor.

Order total — no hidden fees

• Item price + any applicable sales tax — shown in full at checkout before you pay.
• Shipping: FREE on every order — no minimum purchase, no code needed.
• No handling fees, no surcharges, nothing added after you pay.

When is my card charged?

Your card is charged when you place the order. If we cancel an order for any reason (for example, the last copy was damaged during final inspection), you receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Order confirmation & tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email right after checkout, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number within 1 business day once your package is handed to the carrier.

Changing or cancelling an order

Contact us as soon as possible — we can edit or cancel any order that has not shipped yet.

Billing questions

Charges appear on your statement from Queen Reads (WEARIVOX LLC). If anything looks unfamiliar, contact us before disputing — we resolve most issues within one business day.
